How the work is conducted
Whatever the service, enquiries begin with an assessment of what you already hold and what you actually need to establish. From there we identify which registers, records and open sources are likely to carry the answer, obtain them, and cross-reference what comes back.
Where a matter may proceed to a hearing, the file is kept so that the reasoning behind a finding can be followed and checked by someone else.
